1, compression mechanism: by the cylinder, piston, inlet and exhaust valves and other components. There are four valve holes on the cylinder block and cylinder head, two inlet and two outlet.
2、Transmission mechanism: It consists of belt pulley, crankshaft, connecting rod, crosshead and other parts, through the transmission mechanism, the rotary motion from the motor will be turned into reciprocating linear motion.
3、Sealing part: the first and second cylinder seals are made up of one set of packing, and the sealing ring and piston rod are held together by the preload force of tension spring and gas pressure to seal.
4, lubrication system: transmission lubrication system including oil pumps, filters, oil filters, pressure gauges.
5、Cooling part: it is composed of cooling water pipe, intermediate cooler and after-cooler. Cooling water from the water inlet pipe into the intermediate cooler cooling, cooling water after discharge into the first and second cylinder water chamber.
6, relief valve and pressure control system: relief valve and pressure control system to control the compressor discharge pressure in the pre-defined range of operation. When the pressure in the tank exceeds the specified value, the compressor stops feeding, so that the compressor enters the no-load operation to reduce power consumption. Load Reducing Valve is a balanced type, the opening and closing of the valve controls the air intake or stops the air intake, there is a small piston in the lower part, the small piston chamber is connected with the solenoid valve and the over-concerned decompression valve, and the small piston chamber is at atmospheric pressure, when the pressure of the tank exceeds the rated value, the pressure control system operates (the solenoid valve intake valve is switched on), and gas enters into the small piston chamber, which pushes the piston to rise and compresses the spring of the valve, and closes the valve and stops the air intake. When the pressure is lowered, the control system operates (solenoid valve inlet disconnect), and the relief valve automatically opens, the compressor enters into normal operation.
7, safety protection part: respectively, the safety valve and electrical protection components. Safety valve is when the exhaust pressure exceeds the prescribed value automatically open the gas discharge. The safety valve is divided into one or two safety valves, the first safety valve opening pressure of 0.24 ~ 0.3Mpa.
