Our after-sales often receive customer feedback that the air compressor exhaust pressure has problems, then what are the reasons for exhaust pressure failure? Today, I have compiled some content on this issue:

Failure phenomenon: exhaust pressure is too high

1, the pressure setting is too high: adjust the pressure switch setting.

2, pressure sensor failure: replace the pressure sensor.

3, loading solenoid valve failure: blocked but not completely blocked, check and eliminate solenoid valve failure.

4, gasoline consumption suddenly reduced: check the changes in gas consumption, if the gas consumption is appropriate, reduce the unloading pressure high value.

5, unloading solenoid valve failure: lead to unloading failure, unloading less than the pressure continues to rise. Check and eliminate solenoid valve failure.

6, the intake valve is stuck, can not be closed, resulting in continuous loading; remove the intake valve. If the blockage is not serious, use sandpaper to polish the rusty place and add lubricant.

Fault phenomenon: exhaust pressure is too low

1. If the specific gas supply exceeds the gas output of the generator set, check the interconnecting facilities and pipe network, and repair any leaks immediately. If the system software's gas supply exceeds the gas output of the compressor set under normal use, the larger size compressor set should be replaced or upgraded.

2. The default value of the unloading operating pressure is too low. Set the unloading pressure value appropriately to make full use of the high efficiency.

3, the air filter element is dirty and clogged, resulting in insufficient air intake and low exhaust pressure of the compressor generator set. Check the air filter and replace it if necessary.

4、Relay failure, the main ventilation relay on the exhaust pipe and the cold start ventilation relay leakage, need to be replaced.

5、Safety relief valve failure, the air compressor can not be closed when loaded. It needs to be repaired or replaced.

6, Valve is leaking, gate valve needs to be recalibrated or replaced.

7, The drain valve of the oil separator is jammed when it is opened, resulting in leakage, maintenance is required.
